Does my lip filler have to come out for this hole to close?

If filler is coming out it means that the filler was placed superficially. I recommend returning to your injector for an evaluation. The filler should not continually come out.

Thank you for your question! Since you were able to squeeze filler out of your lips, the formula was likely injected too superficially. That said, immediately stop squeezing it out! The best course of action is to either let your body metabolize the filler or dissolve the filler with hyaluronidase, which is what I would suggest if you are dissatisfied with your results. Keep in mind that you may require multiple hyaluronidase treatments to fully dissolve your filler. While fillers incorporate well into your body they are also a foreign substance or foreign body.
This means that the filler material can hold the bacteria that your immune system or antibiotics do not get access to.
Typically lips are very vascular and generally heal well with minimal chance of infection.
I suggest you simply leave your lips alone and try not to be your own provider.
If you have specific questions or need assistance you should follow up with your provider.
Most likely your lips will heal up quickly without complications.
HA fillers injected very close to the skin surface can create a Grey blue discoloration of the skin called the Tyndall effect.
