Lip filler spaced a couple days after peel?

The only thing that would be a concern was if you were very uncomfortable after your peel and didn’t want to add the discomfort of lips to that mix, otherwise there is no reason you couldn’t have both. Hello! A peel isn't performed on the red portion of the lip where filler is most often injected. Sometimes, though, filler is placed in the white portion of the lip. If that's your case, I would wait 1-2 weeks to allow swelling to settle before proceeding. If the peel isn't going near the lips, you may be fine after a few days. Waiting should only help if you're concerned. Hope this is useful!

I think that waiting 2 days between your chemical peel and lip filler is adequate and safe. You may experience a little more swelling around your mouth and lips just due to the 2 procedures, but I do not anticipate there being any issues. Enjoy your treatments

Hi and welcome to our forum!Chemical peels come in all shapes and sizes, ranging from a "light peel" with only transitory post-treatment redness to a deep peel (basically a second degree burn!). A superficial chemical peel will not usually result in crusting, scabbing, and peeling of the treated skin, which would totally contraindicate lip injection. It may, however, result in inflammation and swelling which may distort the lips and result in a less than optimal result from the injections.Contact your injector for advice before your treatments are performed.Best wishes...
