Do I need a liposuction revision 12 months post-tummy tuck? (photo)

Thank you for your questions. The photo is not all that helpful and additional photos and/or a consultation would be needed to determine optimal treatment options. That being said, sometimes there are limits to what liposuction can be done at the time of the tummy tuck so if you want additional contouring, then revision liposuction might be the right answer.

With only one posted photo very difficult to give accurate advice. Best to virtual consultant with or add photos. From the one photo posted, I would revise the scar to make it more symmetrical and extended for bilateral dogear deformity with liposuction and J plasma revision fee $5000-$8000. Best of virtual concert with.

To make a quality assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have it before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took and
I usually don’t do scar revisions within the first 12 months, but I suppose there may be instances where it is inevitable.
Get a complete set of proper before and after pictures from your provider, then consider reposting.
Better yet I suggest you schedule a few in person second opinion consultations with other providers in your community.
Ideally, you’re not only need before and after pictures but should also request copies of your previous operative reports and bring those with you for a second opinion consultation.
