Liposuction deformity - strange rolls and difference between fat carried in upper and lower abdomen. Can this be fixed? (Photos)

The only way to address this is to perform a uniform liposuction of the entire abdomen. From just under the breasts and down below the belly button with emphasis on the upper though. It’s difficult to fully correct but there is usually satisfaction with this approach.

Hello and thank you for the question. You are correct that it is a good time to address revisions if you are interested. I would recommend seeing a board certified Plastic Surgeon. It’s possible you might benefit from a tummy tuck at this point, which would help really tighten and smooth out that skin. This would be an option versus further liposuction. This really depends on an exam in person and a full medical review.

Based on your series, post to photos and your text, you need a combination of superficial lip scoping with J plasma to get some improvement. Fee for that combination is $8000-$12,000. The folding of your skin is due to the skin laxity and your age anytime you bend or sit down there will be some folding which is normal that cannot be corrected, but only improved upon. Liposuction results should be considered permanent in that the removed fat cannot really be replaced.
The less fat someone has the less there is to work with.
Reducing fat will impact how the skin drapes. The changes in skin for fat removal is highly dependent on age. Younger people generally see less skin changes from liposuction.
Consider always showing before and after pictures when posting. If you don’t have before and after pictures then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
