Liposuction deformity - strange rolls and difference between fat carried in upper and lower abdomen. Can this be fixed? (Photos)

I had liposuction done on my abdomen 3 years ago to get rid of a lower belly pooch I’ve always had. After surgery, tI noticed a demarcation between the upper and lower abdomen (upper abdomen was now carrying more fat than the lower). I went back to the same surgeon for a revision surgery (that he made me pay for), but there is still a difference between the fat carried in my upper and lower abdomen. Additionally, I now have strange rolls when sitting down I have never had before. Things look ok when standing at front facing view but not to the side or when sitting. What can I do to further correct these issues? (Revision surgery was done 2 years ago, so I am fully recovered.)
