This may be a dumb question, but I am having laser lipo in two days. The treatment area is entirely above the jawline from ear to chin. I've been reading about how the laser works to liquify fat cells, which got me wondering how it can be safe to use in an area relatively close to the brain. Is the laser unable to penetrate the skull? How can I be sure that it cannot accidentally liquify the fat that makes up my brain when it is being aimed in that direction?
