Genioplasty after chin implant (without removing the implant)?

I received a chin implant 3.5 years ago, and have like the result. However, my lower face and chin are fairly deficient vertically, and the chin implant did not correct that. Is it possible to perform a sliding genioplasty now without removing the chin implant in order to add vertical height?
