Will buccal fat removal improve my side profile? (Photos)

II really don’t like my side profile because of the way my cheek and buccal fat looks like it make it appear like deep marriott lines. What can I do to improve the appearance I want to look flat and lifted. I’ll add the photos from the front as well , I like my face from front my only issue is the side view. Also would like more sculpted look with less visible double chin.

Assuming you are talking the slightly softer mound/bulge that is just above your lip but under your nasolabial fold, I wouldn't be 100% sure that that is NOT filler because that blueish/grayish hue and soft appearance is classic for filler and also one does not naturally have fat in this...

You may be a candidate for buccal fat pad reduction and/or lower facial liposuction to improve contour and definition. This can only affect your non-smiling face and will not change the amount of fullness when you smile. Surgery has minimal effect on dynamic changes of the face when people animate.

There are several things here that can be considered. We can look at your masseter muscle, the jaw bone, the cheek bone, and the buccal fat. Each of these can be considered to improve symmetry. These are common procedures in my office.

The buccal fat shrinks with age just like fat in other areas of the face. The buccal fat pad descends with aging and becomes more visible as people age. I mainly remove buccal fat in heavier faces earlier in life. Having said that, I have had several older patients with repeated facelifts that...

Buccal fat doesn’t grow back. The result is permanent. Your results should last, unless you experience substantial weight gain or loss. Best thing to keep the best outcome is to maintain a healthy weight.
