Weight gain post buccal fat removal - Can I regain my results?

I had buccal fat removal about a year ago. I saw great results for about 6 months post-op and then I gained about 1/5 of my bodyweight, in large part due to starting a new birth control. My face is chubbier, almost back to before I got the surgery done. Is it possible to regain my results with weight loss or have the effects basically gone away?

It is very likely that a combination of liposuction of mild jowls and correction of Marionette lines with filler or nano fat grafts would created desired improvement. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in these procedures is recommended. Good luck.
