I like the right side of my face, but the left side is bulky and the cheekbone protrudes and there's a pocket of fat in the low face. Additionally, in photos, my face seems very large and moon-shaped. What can be done to address these concerns with bulkiness, asymmetry, and lack of definition?

In general, losing weight will normally cause some loss of fat in the face as well as the body. This would be true in someone who has not had buccal fat removal and in someone who has had the procedure. So, I would expect that if you lost weight, you would see your face become less chubby.
It is very likely that a combination of liposuction of mild jowls and correction of Marionette lines with filler or nano fat grafts would created desired improvement. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in these procedures is recommended. Good luck.
