My face has always been very full. I an also of normal weight so it’s not very resistant to weight loss. The problem is when I smile and my face gets wider than the size of the rest of my face. I wanna know what my best treatment options are to get rid of all the fullness?

In general, losing weight will normally cause some loss of fat in the face as well as the body. This would be true in someone who has not had buccal fat removal and in someone who has had the procedure. So, I would expect that if you lost weight, you would see your face become less chubby.
