I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

An individual’s anatomy often determines where the implants settle. I think it’s a nice result. I hear more complaints about women who wish their implants were closer together like yours. Don’t get a revision

Even without knowing your preop measurements, I suspect the implants you chose are too large and wide for your breast base. You would do much better going down in size to an implant that fits your breast base better.

Only 1 posted postop photo, no preop ! It appears as you obtained a very acceptable result so revision into the breasts picket is not a good option.
