How can my eyebrows be lowered 18 months post hairline-lowering surgery? (Photos)
18 months ago, I underwent a hairline-lowering surgery, along with an eyebrow lift, aimed at slightly raising the eyebrows and pulling the tail of the eyebrow towards the temples. Although I emphasized the natural and unoperated look and we agreed, the result is far from what was discussed: asymmetry, exaggerated peaks (I told him not to raise them at all), and incredibly high. The surgeon says that he doesn’t know what happened and wants to open the forehead again and charge for another surgery, without being sure if he can do anything. I would like to know what can be done to lower them and have a more natural look. I include before photos. Regards and thanks in advance
