Will Mentor XL Silicone breast implants be available for reconstruction/revision patients only?

Hello, I see that Mentor XL MemoryGel silicone implants ranging from 930 -1445 cc's were recently FDA approved in the U.S. and will be available mid 2025. I am interested in getting XL implants. I prefer the feel of silicone. I currently have 600 cc saline implants. Will the larger silicone implants be available to all people interested or only post-mastectomy women?
