1 year post op— Is this nipple position consider normal? Uneven implant concerns. (Photo)

Since the beginning, my left nipple has sat higher and points more outward, while the right one looks smaller but more natural. I’ve also noticed the left breast feels lower and has more of a slope at the bottom instead of a rounder curve, which makes me wonder if it could be bottoming out or a pocket issue. I understand that perfect symmetry isn’t realistic, but I’m feeling disappointed because I came in with mild asymmetry and now it feels more noticeable than before. just want to know if this is something that’s considered a normal result or if it sounds like it could be improved. Would something like this typically require a lift or internal mesh? And is it possible to fix it without making it worse? I just want some honest insight. Any advice or similar experiences would really mean a lot. Thank you
