Could my implant removal be the cause of my pain (achy arms, cold sensations in my arms, tight chest, shoulder aches, hands)?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry to hear of your symptoms.  Based on the timing of both your operation and onset of symptoms I would not think the removal led to your current symptoms. I would workup your symptoms with the assistance of your PCP/internist to determine the cause of your symptoms. 

As your implants were removed a year prior to the start of your symptoms it is unlikely that they are related.  You may wish to reach out to your plastic surgeon for an examination to ensure that everything healed correctly from your surgery.
