Could my implant removal be the cause of my pain (achy arms, cold sensations in my arms, tight chest, shoulder aches, hands)?

Aches moves in my upper extremities from my upper back neck shoulders and down into my chest. Chest feels tight and tender. I had implants placed 2 years ago and removed 1 year ago(bc became hard and uncomfortable to where I could not function normally). 4 mths ago I began to have pain while exercising.Began in shoulders and moved down into my arms.The pain now comes and goes from different areas.Feels like something is in my chest under my boobs. In my chest muscle.They have ran multiple tests
