I've done 2 rounds of Kybella. The left side of my chin seems more noticeable now. Any suggestions for uneven chin fat? (Photos)

Hello! :) I've done 2 rounds of Kybella on my chin. The last round was done in July 2021. I noticed before I did any Kybella that my chin was a little fuller on the left side. It seems more noticeable now. I went to my doctor to make sure I didn't have a swollen gland in my neck. She said nothing is swollen and no signs of infection or anything. Should I do another round of Kybella? Is it normal to have lopsided chin fat? Should I get more Kybella on the one side? Thanks!

Hi @LJ13Love.  You can try another round on Kybella with more emphasis on the side that appears to be fuller.  Another great modality is Morpheus 8. Kybella typically takes 3 to 5 treatments to work. This is why I've stopped carrying Kybella in my office. I recommend neck liposuction more often then any injectable procedure for the neck now. It provides superior results gives me more control over the area than any injectable. It also costs about the same as what you paid for your first kybella session. The liposuction can be done under local while awake in the office and recovery is about the same as kybella.

Hello! I would recommend another round on Kybella, concentrating more on the side that appears to be fuller. Another great option is Morpheus, that which is injectable RF therapy, wherein fat is destroyed and skin is tightened at the same time.
