I’ve gotten 3 rounds of kybella for my double chin. I’m now noticing dimples. Is this normal? What is this? Cellulite?

There are a number of inherent negative aspects of this treatment.

The instructions on how to inject the product does not instruct the providers to inject the medication diffusely throughout the fat I’d rather make a series of individual injections. This puts the patient at risk for having an uneven fat distribution with higher concentrations of Kybella at the actual injection sites.

The treatment is inherently unpredictable and imprecise since the provider really has no idea what the final effect will be during the treatment.

I recommend patient have liposuction instead of Cabela because of all the advantages Liposuction has over this treatment.

At this point you need to wait and see how the results turn out. Permanent fat removal is just that it is permanent and in many ways irreparable.

It looks like most of your subcutaneous fat has been dissolved. I would be very reluctant in doing more treatments at this point.

I suggest giving it 6 to 12 months and then having in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons if you have concerns about the outcome.
