I had 360 liposuction with J plasma and my stomach looks worse than it did before before. It was at least smooth. Did I get botched and how do I fix this? Do I need a tummy tuck for loose skin it’s tightened up a lot. I had this done in last November but the dents are really awful. How do I fix this?

You probably weren’t an ideal candidate for Liposuction in the first place.
Skin laity is probably the number one reason patience failed to get quality liposuction results.
In order to get good Liposuction outcomes having tight skin is sort of a prerequisite.
J plasma a.k.a. Renuvion really doesn’t do anything. I speak from firsthand experience.
I’ve never had a patient to tell me they felt their skin was tighter from using this treatment.
I’ve also never seen a patient whose skin looked tighter after using Renuvion.
To me the device is bordering on Quacky.The correct procedure would most likely have been a full tummy tuck.
Your surgeon was overly aggressive and used poor technique with your Liposuction.
Liposuction outcomes are permanent and irreversible.
Because most of the fat was removed, there is now very little fat to work with to try to improve the outcome.
It’s going to be very difficult to turn this into an attractive looking normal abdomen.
 Converting the procedure to a full tummy attack a year or more since your liposuction is probably the best option, though you may still be left with not even fat distribution from the Liposuction.
Delivering consistent quality Liposuction results is more difficult than most people realize.
The number of plastic surgeons who approach mastery for this type of work is much smaller than people think. I would be very careful with any provider claiming they can easily improve your outcome.
Revision Liposuction is many times more difficult than primary procedures.
If a plastic surgeon can’t do Primary Liposuction well then they are in no position to attempt revision work.
I wish I could be more optimistic, but unfortunately I can not. , I say it like it is.
