Thanks for your question! You have a good result surgically. Doing a second round is risky and potentially could compromise the result. The enemy of good is perfection. I would leave it alone, but I suppose if you insisted, you could get more fat from the thighs to do a second surgery. Good luck!

Based on your series opposed photos and in person or virtual consultation is indicated. But it appears you might have at least another liter plus of donor fat to redo a round two Lipo BBL using Lipo and multiple multiple areas versus the 360 possible inner thighs excellent upper arms as donor sites are fat and then at least 500 cc per cheek for the projection hip dips flatness under ultrasound guided injections. Non-surgical options would be the fact systems two companies offering that they are quite expensive. You would need at least 100 cc per cheek to 200 cc per cheek the fees for that would be approximately 10,000. And finally, the radius sculpture combination, multiple sessions building up the tissue and slight filler in the same ranges of approximately 8000 per session.
