Filler to improve lower face?

Without photos it is not possible to tell if fillers are recommended based on your goals. If you are happy with the surgeon you are seeing and trust her/his opinion, I would adhere to it as long as you have discussed your goals. Filler is a great tool used to add volume and sculpt facial contours. If HA filler is used it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if results are not as desired.
