Sometimes filler is difficult to dissolve and not all of it is removed in one session. I have seen smiles affected when there is still volume in the cheeks for example, which may need more dissolving. I suggest seeing your practitioner again and discussing.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you've been having since your filler treatment. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation of the area. There may be residual filler that needs to be resolved. Any further treatment can be advised after an examination.
