Is filler safe after lower blepharoplasty? I understand it is a bit of a blind treatment so I was wondering if it is safe after surgery when vascular anatomy might have changed

It would be safe when performed by experienced provider, who specifically is skilled in under eye (aka infraorbital hollow) enhancement, which may not include filler (i.e. laser or PRP treatment).
