I just had a small lipoma removed from my groin/ inner thigh & smaller one from low Buttock . How long before I can exercise?

Thank you for your question.  Depending on the incision size and location, you may be able to return to yoga without restrictions in a few weeks.  Pictures would better help give a time determination, as the tension placed on the wound is the key factor in returning to your normal level of activity.  Your incision will be at its strongest at 6 weeks, but will continue to mature for several months thereafter.  See your surgeon for recommendations for your particular lipomas.
