I feel like my lower chin jaw area gives me a masculine look and I want to reduce it.

Jaw reduction can help to change the shape of your face from a square to a more feminine heart shape.  From the one photo it looks like you don't need much bone removed from your chin and front of your jaw, but your bone flairs out at the back, or angle.  Reducing this would be very feminizing.  Jaw reduction is safe, all of the incisions are hidden in the mouth, recovery isn't especially painful, but you can expect several weeks of swelling.  Hope that helps!
