I have a weak chin and would like to improve it. What's the best way to get the pictured before and after? I used chris hemsworth as a model and his teeth were about 1/2" forward from mine so I put that in because it effects the jaw line. I also put more hair on my head but I know what to do for that.
Answer: Jaw I believe the jaw surgery is the only solution. You have a small lower jaw. You would need pre-surgical orthodontics first to align the teeth and then jaw advancement

CONTACT NOW Answer: Chin implant candidate The side photograph reveals a weak and recessive chin profile, for which a chin implant can improve. The digitally altered picture represents too much augmentation to look natural. Chin implants are manufactured in a large array of sizes and shapes, are usually placed under local anesthesia through a small incision underneath the chin. For many examples, diagrams and more information, please see the video and the link below

Answer: Chin/Jawline Augmentation Be aware that the degree of jawline change you are showing is probably not possible as you have to have the soft tissue in the chin area to stretch that much. (that is not a concern in the jaw angle region) Also you have created an artificial labiomental crease above the chin that will not come forward or fill out as you have shown. You are showing and ideally need a complete jawline augmentation from the chin back to the jaw angles. This can only be achieved in a similar shape as you have shown with a custom jawline implant. Given your degree of chin shortness you may need to consider a two stage procedure with a sliding genioplasty first followed by a custom jawline implant secondarily. This will allow the maximim amount of chin projection to be achieved.

Answer: Best way to get the pictured jaw line? Hi, I have performed many chin augmentations and facial shaping procedures for over 30 years. Based upon the beauty principles outlined in my book on face and body beauty, men look chiseled and handsome with angularity in the cheeks, chin and mandibular angles. From the photos, your cheeks are flat anteriorly (in the front), the chin is weak as are the mandibular angles and there is excess facial fat in front and below the cheeks. This combines to create an elongated oval shaped face. The following procedures would create a more ruggedly handsome face.Cheek augmentation with cheek implants to add angularity to the cheeks and mid face. This would be combined with liposuction to reduce the excess facial fat to further define the cheek shape.Chin augmentation, using a chin implant, to add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face.Augmentation of the mandibular angles using a dermal filler (jaw implants have too many unwanted side effects IMHO) to add volume, angularity and flare to the jaw line.Hope this helps.
