I want to know what’s the best thing to do for under eye wrinkles and ablue vein that’s visible around the eye. I’ve had Botox for the crows feet but it didn’t help under eye wrinkles in fact I think it might have made them worse.
Answer: Lower blepharoplasty and periorbital fat grafting Two major issues with your lower eyelids are dicoloration and loss of volume (fat tissue) in the area where cheeks meet the eyelids. For that reason, a combination of lower blepharolpasty and periorbital fat grafting would be my choice. It is interesting to see how nano fat grafts (very concentrated fat stem cells) improve discoloration of the eyelids! In-person or teleconfrence consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experise in this procedure is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Options Thank you for posting your question herelet me start by stating that my answer is based on the limited information and pictures provided . For a more detailed and bespoke plan I would recommend consulting with a plastic surgeon in person. from the pictures you seem to be a good candidate for a blepharoplasty this can address the excess skin and smoothen the wrinkle and address the fat pads around the eyes , this can be paired with laser treatments for fine wrinkles or the addition of some fat grafting to thicken the skin and provide for some stem cells. That being said if you are looking for something less involved you can consider the laser resurfacing and potentially fat grafting , might not give you a dramatic effect but will most likely give you some noticeable improvement. I hope this helps , best of luck!

Answer: Dr Paweł Szychta Addressing under-eye wrinkles and a visible blue vein around the eye can be challenging, but there are several effective treatments that target both issues. It’s important to consider both non-surgical and minimally invasive options for improving skin texture and addressing visible veins, as well as consulting with a professional who specializes in delicate areas like the under-eye.To reduce under-eye notifications and the visible blue vein, it is best to use a combination of tools. Fillers, laser resurfacing or micro-needling with radio waves then smooth out and obtain the following skin. A visible vein under the supervision of a doctor may be treated with sclerotherapy or laser vein treatment, as well as fillers that will hide the vein by damaging the skin. It is worth studying with a dermatologist or plastic surgeon for proper treatment of flatulence.

Answer: Lower eyelid wrinkles These wrinkles are difficult to treat. Most people will probably recommend chemical peels or ablative laser treatments. These may give some or temporary improvements, but often the wrinkles come back.Volume restoration can create a better appearance but may be limited for the wrinkles. The best way to avoid these wrinkles is using sunscreen and avoiding excessive sun exposure. If you’re not already using daily sunscreen, then start that to limit these getting worse.for this condition prevention is far better than treatment. There is no really great treatment for these so expectations realistic. For visible veins, I’ve seen different treatments, including excising the vein, tying it off, laser treatments, or attempts at coagulation or cauterization. The vein is called the palpebral vein or inferior paplpebral vein. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
