I’m wondering what procedures could help reduce the wrinkles in my undereye area. Would surgery be helpful? Photos are attached.
Answer: Lower blepharoplasty and periorbital fat grafting Is I very likely that a combination of lower blepharoplasty and conservative fat grafting of periorbital area would create desired result. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon familiar with this concept is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Undereye concerns Given that a large degree of the wrinkles are created with motion, selective, low-dose neurotoxin (e.g., Botox) could help minimize some of these lines. I would definitely start at a low dose and re-evaluate in 2-3 weeks. Too much may make your eyes appear hollowed with smiling or pull the eyelid downwards leading to too much scleral (white portion of the eye) show. There also appears to be some textural changes to your skin at rest. This could be improved through laser resurfacing (CO2, erbium) or chemical peels. Given your fair skin, I would expect that you'd tolerate this well with minimal pigmentary risk.

Answer: Fine lines when smiling This may be a good situation for a light laser or chemical peel type approach. At rest your photo shows much smoother skin.

Answer: Dr Paweł Szychta For under-eye wrinkles, several procedures can help, depending on the severity and underlying causes (like skin laxity or thinning). Here's a breakdown of surgical and non-surgical options:1. Non-Surgical Options*: - Dermal Fillers - Laser Resurfacing - Microneedling with Radiofrequency - Botox - PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)2. Surgical Option: - Lower Blepharoplasty. If wrinkles are more pronounced and skin laxity is an issue, **lower blepharoplasty** (eyelid surgery) might be the most effective solution. This surgery removes excess skin and tightens the under-eye area, reducing both wrinkles and puffiness.
