The numbness will not be improved, even with more surgery. I am sure your surgeon discussed this initially with you. The permanent sutures could be removed, but your tissue has healed and it may not loosen. You could try first gaining some weight to stretch things and then loose weight.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Because I am not sure what your surgeon referred to as an internal corset it is difficult to offer definite advice. If this was the muscle repair/tightening procedure common for a tummy tuck this has fully healed and intervention would not change your physical appearance.  If the surgeon used a permanent type mesh than this could be removed.  Speak to your surgeon, they are your best source of advice.
