Mini tummy tuck, belly button very low. Don't know how to correct. (photo)

Thank you for your pictures.  This is not correctable in my opinion.  This is why it is to crucial to choose a  board certified plastic surgeon with experience.  During the consultation and examination the surgeon should be able to determine if a mini or full tummy tuck is the most appropriate procedure to prevent situations such as this.  So sorry.

It is difficult to move the belly button too far because it is attached to the muscles. It may have the appearance of being low because your lower abdomen is tight. What I see in your pictures is mainly a raised scar. I would return to your plastic surgeon (or if you feel uncomfortable doing this perhaps see another) and see if you can get some type of treatment for the scar.

Appears as you had a 'free floating TT" not just a mini TT. To elevate the bb must leave vertical residual scar in the location of the present bb and do full thickness bb grating in a more superior plane. Sorry for the poor results.

I'm sorry to hear about your problems.  Looking at your pictures it looks like you had more than a mini-abdominoplasty.  The umbilicus has been moved quite a distance and with no obvious scar around it, that would suggest that he has 'floated' the umbilicus (cut it at its base).  As such it is now receiving its entire blood supply from the surrounding skin, this makes moving the umbilicus risky as it will further damage the blood supply potentially leading to umbilical necrosis.
The scar also appears to be hypertrophic.
