Should I stop using Herbalife until after tummy tuck surgery?

I am currently doing Herbalife (shake, aloe shot and herbal tea drink) usually once or twice a day. My tt is in 10 days. Should I stop using Herbalife until after surgery?

It is not uncommon to gain weight immediately post op, especially after lipo. This extra weight wil go away as your body gets rid of the exta fluid.

I tell my patients to avoid dedicated core exercises for three months post-op. When you restart you will need to begin gradually as these muscles have not been used in a long time.

Although it is theoretically possible to burst the muscle plication sutures by coughing or sneezing, this would be very unusual.

Hard to answer without a photo but typically if you have a large amount of extra skin only a tummy tuck would remove it.

Since the itching only ocurrs after you apply the strips and where you apply the strips I would stop using them since you may be allergic to them.

I was cleaning my very deep bellybutton, and the cotton from the end of the QTip came off deep inside?

It is definitely not OK to leave the Q tip inside. If it is just within your belly button, this is OK. But, if there is a wound and the cotton went into this hole that is not OK.
