Today will be 7 weeks since my breat lift for both and slight reduction on my left breast. I was looking at them today and my left one is still WAY smaller than my right. The right is seriously perfect. And I hate the way the left looks and how much smaller it is! And it's so noticeable even in a bra!!! I keep crying and now where the nipple and straight scar meet I have a string sticking out and there is a hole!

Breast augmentations sometimes magnify small asymmetries so it could be your R breast will be more ptotic than the left if you do not correct this. A small crescentic excision of skin above the areola should be enough to improve this asymmetry with minimal scarring.
Having anemia is a contraindication to ANY surgery! Best to see hematologist for a written medick clearance. If you can not obtain one NO surgeon would operate upon you.
