What could be done to flatten hypertrophic scar on penile shaft? (photo)

(28 y.o) I have been using ScarAway gels and sheets and also Mederma creams for a couple of years to no avail. I also massage the scar daily. I just want it flattened.

I am not much of a fan for scar gelsand patches. I have not found them to work very well and seldom recommend them. To me, they are more like "busy work" solutions, rather than particularly effective scar treatments. At least from the photo, the scar appears to be hypertrophic. If indeed so, then the appropriate treatment to flatten it would be the use of an intralesional anti-inflammatory agent, such as triamcinolone. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist for treatment, rather than continuing trial and error with OTC scar treatments, Best of lucik.

Hypertrophic scars can be improved with Plato's Scar Serum or Sequel Scar Serum twice daily followed by intralesional injections of Kenalog. I would advance the scar treatment with fractional laser as well.
