my skin is prone to keloids and my scars are hypertrophic and I had triamcinolone injected to all of them(all of my scars were hypertrophic) but some of them don't respond to it like the two hypertrophic scars on my back they're REALLY thick and they don't respond to triamcinolone injections atall and triamcinolone made my skin really thin in some areas Like the skin above my left buttock (Wrong dose of triamcinolone?) I hope you can help me

I recommend scar revision and this can be done under local anesthesia. At the same time or later, you can use steroids to help prevent the hypertrophic scars.
