Mystery scar on forehead post tummy tuck? (Photos)

I am 3WPO from a tummy tuck. When I woke in recovery, I noticed a concave scar/puncture above my right eyebrow. It looks like a burn? This scar wasn’t there prior to surgery and I have pictures to prove it. I have addressed this with my PS but no one in the OR seems to know the cause. I just wish I knew what happened so I can treat it accordingly. I have been using Aqauaphor and Dermatix. Pics are over 3 weeks. Can you tell what may have caused this? They asked if I scratched myself?! Super sad.
