I got a breast lift in December that left me with scars that were in the middle of my breast instead of in the fold. So I went back to the same Dr in June who pulled the scars down so they are in the fold of my breast. The problem now, though, are these very strange points (see pictures) where the skin comes together at the top of the scar. I do not want to go back to the same Dr because he has been awful both times. I’m wondering what a procedure like this is called? And who performs it?

I recommend scar revision and this can be done under local anesthesia. At the same time or later, you can use steroids to help prevent the hypertrophic scars.
