Considering chin implant removal - can I go back to my original chin and is there a risk of sagging? (photos)

Dear Doctors, I had an chin Augmentation with an chin implant (hard Silikone) on 14.10.2022 with an bichectomy. Both was the biggest mistakes in my lifeFor now, I want my chin implant being removed. It was placed outside (so I have a scar now). Afte two consultations I’m Unsure about the outcome and the risks it have, and if it is possible to look like before. This is the only thing I want. 1. if the implant will be removed from outside, (or inside) is there a risk of sagging skin ?
