Can you advise on white spot on skin after blister? (Photos)

I still have a big white spot on my thumb about a month after I got a friction blister in the same location. It's not painful unless I touch it quite hard.

Hypertrophic scars can be improved with Plato's Scar Serum or Sequel Scar Serum twice daily followed by intralesional injections of Kenalog. I would advance the scar treatment with fractional laser as well. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian
