Should I get an areola reduction? It you were my doctor, what would you recommend to fix this breast mess?

I've had 2 lollipop lifts, both times my body rejected the stitches around areola and left me with with widen scars. I went to a PMU for scar camouflage, and you can see in the pic how that turned out. I'm planning kids soon, so while I do want a full lift revision, I can't do that right now. Laser oxidized the ink because of the ingredients. If you were my doctor, what would you suggest as a fix for now until I can get a full revision? Areola reduction with external stitches? Will it be worse?

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

As I mentioned in your other post, your breasts are large and sagging. They are asymmetric in size and shape. You have over expanded areola from an areolar surgery that will fail again if you do it again.  You need a formal breast lift, which will not only make your breast idealized in shape and symmetry, it will forever leave you with smaller areola with a fine, light scar. Please don't get another circumareolar areolar reduction.

You could try the areolar reduction, but will need permanent sutures. If you are planning on having children soon, then just wait after you had had all the children you want.

From the submitted photos your best option is a full lift which will correct the size of the areola as well as lift the breasts.  As you are planning children soon I recommend that you postpone any further surgery until you have finished with pregnancy and/or breastfeeding as these can alter any outcomes you have from surgery.

A very interesting story of events.  The tattooing and laser? could complicate things a bit, and the stitch rejection, twice, is curious.  An areolar reduction with a permanent wagon wheel suture might be an option.  There would still be the chance of suture rejection though.  Good luck!
