29F. I have always been insecure about my areolas size. Is it feasible for me to get my nipples to look a bit smaller. I have included a picture. Thank you

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photo, it looks like you would benefit from areola reduction. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Yes, you can decrease the size of your areolae, but will need the vertical lift to also lift the breast. Otherwise, your areolae will stretch again.

Yes, from the photo you can get the size of the areola reduced, however it appears you need to consider a breast lift.  The areola will be downsized as part of this procedure.  Your breasts will also be lifted and excess skin removed.  See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Yes.   You are definitely a good candidate for an areolar reduction and a lift.   It also appears that your right breast is significantly larger than your left.   This could be corrected by reducing your right breast size at the same time.
