After breastfeeding three kids my areolas has become bigger than they used to be, also they used to be round but now they're kind of oval. Would I be a good candidate for areola reduction and harmonisation ? I heard that the areola can stretch out again and become larger than before surgery and more uneven? Is that a risk for me, or would it be OK because my areolas aren't huge? I only want them maybe 5mm smaller (they're currently 5cm in diameter, I'd like them to be 4.5cm)

You can certainly do an areola reduction alone or with implants. I would suggest a small gel implant (200 cc or smaller) and a donut or Benelli mastopexy . This will give you volume and make the areola a nice size for you.
Best of luck. Look for a board certified plastic surgeon.
