I always tell my patients that there nipple and areolas will be swollen after surgery, this is because the implant is pushing on them and the ducts get clogged from swelling, with time everything settles
You look much more symmetrical than pre-op. In your posted photo, you are not standing straight and that makes the post-op photo look more asymmetrical. Best,
