Could liposuction cause a psoriasis flare up?

i am considering have breast augmentation with fat transfer but i suffer with psoriasis and i'm scared the liposuction could cause a major flare up, has anyone come across this please?

Swelling in areolas after breast lift/augmentation with areola reduction.

I always tell my patients that there nipple and areolas will be swollen after surgery, this is because the implant is pushing on them and the ducts get clogged from swelling, with time everything settles

You look much more symmetrical than pre-op.  In your posted photo, you are not standing straight and that makes the post-op photo look more asymmetrical.  Best,

Did you have an axillary incision?  If so, it could be due to lymphedema.  An unusual RSD could also be possible (but unlikely).  It sounds like a DVT has been worked-up already.  Ask your PS to re-examine you and perhaps recommend a referral to a plastic surgeon with...
