I'm having trouble sleeping on my back even with pain killers. I'm still on .05 mg of xanex and just took a tablet of Soma last night for all the muscle pain I'm experiencing fm neck tension. First, how long must I sleep on my back and what can I do to get a better night's sleep (I'm not a back sleeper)? I'm only getting 6-7 hrs/night and I'm tired everyday. I take tylenol during the day because the brow lift feels very tight and causing me discomfort
