To get a symmetrical and natural result, you really need 2 stitches, one on each side of the face, rather than just one stitch on one side. Those surgeons who only use one stitch are just trying to save time and money by only having to buy one stitch instead of two for the procedure.Sorry. I just can't give a serious answer to the concept of minimalist facelifts. If you want a quick, inexpensive procedure that you heal (really) fast from, I would suggest that you use two pieces of adhesive tape connected to an elastic band that goes around the back of your head before you try this "one stitch" procedure. The tape will probably produce a better-looking result, will last a lot longer, there's little to no physical risk with tape, it costs probably a couple of thousand dollars less than this "one stitch" thing, and if you don't like the results, it's quickly reversible.

Try to resist going to get something done that has not been a part of mainstream plastic surgery. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of
facelifts, necklifts facelift revisions, and facial procedures each

Trademarked procedures are often a lot of hype and marketing. The name of this procedure is enough to scare anyone away. It sounds like a big gust of wind or a sneeze could un-do the whole thing. Look for a plastic surgeon with experience and expertise.

I have never seen nor heard of a one stitch face lift. The face and all of it's attachments is a complicated structure. I would not think that one facial stitch could hurt you, but I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish. Marketing is a wonderful thing.
