Hello, I wanted to ask if there's a way to fix Spiderveins (?) on the neck after undergoing Microneedling treatment? I've gone through several treatments to decrease the visibility of necklines/creases or"tech neck"and they're pretty much gone. However, after the last session I noticed some red lines and under a microscope they look like spiderveins. It's been 2 weeks now and my dermatologist says there's nothing he can do.Anything I CAN do?
