I am 27, with atopic dermatitis that is mostly under control right now. The skin on my forehead seems really thin and deflated. Possible sun damage? I've added niacinamide, vitamin C, sunscreen, and peptides to my skincare routine, but am not seeing results so far. What are the best next steps to treat this texture issue? Introducing a retinoid? Microneedling? Some sort of laser? Injectables? Are any of those even safe for atopic dermatitis? I also have deep lines from making worried faces.
