55+ now.Had Tri-Pollar face jawline neck visits in mid-late 40’s. Uppr & Lowr Bleth surgery & laser skin resurfacng approx 3 yrs ago aftr several Restylane injex failed 2 improve hollowness eye bags discoloring. Major weight loss (more noticeably 2 my face) since bleth surgery. Recent consult w/plastc surgeon advised NOT to seek surgery for my concerns: sagging jowls jawline chin crepey wrinkld skin neckline discoloration hallowed cheeks & eye sockets etc Best effective treatments? Approx cost?

There is no better treatment than a lower face/necklift for your presentation, and not an unusual procedure to pursue in your 50's. The surgery will definitively treat muscle bands, sagging in the face, loose skin and wrinkles.

It is my personal opinion that none of the noninvasive technologies today will improve your face in any way shape or form. Depending on how much weight you have lost, you may require a facelift in combination with fat grafting for restoration of the facial volume. At the same time you could also have just fat grafting alone which will help you considerably in making you look 15 to 20 years younger with practically no recuperation.
