I had gastric bypass surgery 16 yrs ago, I then had a lower bodylift w/ breast reconstruction (lift, implants) 3 yrs later. I’ve now had 2 kids & gained some of the original 175lbs lost (about 40) I’m overall happy with my weight (wouldn’t mind weighing 20lbs less but mostly bothered by skin and fat bulges). Wondering what surgeries I need. Do I need lower body again? Breasts revision? Arms & thighs? Perhaps upper-lift? Liposuction? Please advice. Thank you!
