20 year old male. 8 days post op liposuction to my flanks. my surgeon removed 3 litres of pure solid fat. i wore my compression binder for about 3 days but the pain was unbearable even with painkillers every 4 hrs. The swelling is so bad and "solid" my flanks are twice as big as before which has made me depressed. I'm in constant pain/discomfort and have to deal with bigger flanks which was entire point of surgery. what can I do to reduce this swelling and when can i expect pain to subside?
