I’ve had my 400 HP implants under the muscle for 3 years and it was not what i wanted. I have been unhappy with the size all along. I now hide under baggy close and wear sports bras most of the time. Would explanting distort my breast?
Answer: Appearance after implant removal It is difficult to predict the appearance after implant removal, although usually a breast lift is recommended to take in the excess stretched skin and to avoid that "deflated" look.Always check with your board certified plastic surgeon for an in-person exam. Hope this is helpful, best of luck!

Answer: Explantation implants... Good morning and thank you for your question and photos. I am sorry that you aren't happy. It is commonly accepted that the majority of women after breast augmentation if dissatisfied with the implants wish they had gone fuller. Your case is clearly quite the opposite. It is very helpful that you included your preop photos...after removing the implants you have, I anticipate your breasts will look a lot like preop with likely a little more deflation given 400cc for 3 years stretching the tissue. The tricky decision here is would the absence of implants be better or a smaller option? There is a lot of wiggle room from 400cc...maybe a 200c range implant is your solution for shape and volume given your small frame. In my practice for patients in a similar situation, I have taken the existing implants out under local anesthesia to allow the patient to see for themselves if no implant is the preferred solution or smaller: sizing can then be done immediately if the decision is a smaller implant and plans made to return to the operating room for that placement. I do not offer implant replacement or breast revision outside of the OR under anesthesia but I have found that saving the right patient an anesthetic to remove the volume and make an educated decision for themselves is very helpful and the removal is well tolerated in the office. Good luck!
